How to get the most from it

  1. Choose one service. Gather your homepage, the page for that service, your main business profile and a recent enquiry response.
  2. Keep your original wording. You will need it to see whether your revision is clearer.
  3. Work through the twelve checks, then use the action sheet to choose your three priority changes.

Typing into the workbook: save the PDF to your device and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free. Some browser PDF viewers do not save what you type. You can also print it and write by hand.
